Tell President Biden to publish the ERA now!
Our rights are under attack. While reproductive rights were upheld in some states in this past election, these victories are fragile without constitutional guarantees.
The Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) will guarantee equality under the law regardless of sex. It’s ready to be added to the Constitution—we just need President Biden to tell the US Archivist to publish it. Take one minute to urge President Biden to publish the ERA. Together, we can demand the protections we deserve.
